In the personality section, the questions are all based on workplace scenarios and situations.

Your answers will either be:

  • How much you agree or disagree with a statement
  • Whether a statement most or least describes you
  • What action you are most likely to take

In the cognitive section you will have a selection of abstract and numerical reasoning questions.

How Is the Caliper Assessment Scored?
